Maddenation

Comments Error

I just got an Internal Server Error when I tried to post a comment on Dan’s entry. So I did what any red-blooded American would do (and does, especially when something doesn’t print, for instance): I hit “Back” and posted it again. I got the same error. Then I did what any red-blooded Madden would do: I logged in to see if the comments had, indeed, made it. They had. I deleted one of them.

So I thought I’d mention it. If you get an error when posting a comment, try just refreshing the “Maddenation” window (the main site) to see if your comment did get posted anyway. Try not to post twice.

I checked out that site. I’ve seen it before. I like it in a lot of ways. We could put HTML or Textile hints in our comments window. No problem. I don’t understand what you mean by “DATE headings” though.

Just testing if the script still fails.
We were experiencing CPU load isssues earlier.

We discovered that the problem was actually
caused by low disk space. The issue has been
resolved.
