Kill Bill

Boy o boy. It’s been a long time since I walked out a movie with the feeling I had after seeing Kill Bill vol. II. What an awesome movie! And the feeling was collective - Urda, Dan, and I all felt is was phenomenal. Man. Just a movie so well done that you’re in awe - great story, amazing filming/cinematography, cool action, fantastic acting (arguably too much violence, but it fit). I’m not one for marveling at the filming aspect of movies, but this one was different - the angles and images were groovy. And what Quentin Tarantino does best is write dialogue and tell great stories. It was real, engrossing. I was totally taken in. Plus the small part actors were super and hilarious. I think we all agreed that David Carradine (of Kung Fu fame - both the show and the workout video!) stole the show, starring as Bill. Obviously I’m not a movie critic nor a movie reviewer writer dude. I’m just here to tell you that this movie (and the first one, Kill Bill vol. I) is super fly. Oh, did I mention that the music is stellar, too?
