Irish philosophy

Chris Matthews of MSNBC refered to his show as “O’Hardball” today, and added an “O’” to each of his guest’s names. At one point, he repeated what he said was an old Irish expression:

It’s better to spend money like there’s no tomorrow than to spend tomorrow like there’s no money.

Actually, he botched it and said something slightly different, but I was able to rewrite it based on what he meant to say.
