Adult Swim Low Bandwidth Site

If you’re going to do a low-bandwidth version of your site, follow the example of Adult Swim. I was checking out their new Music Video, which features a cartoon Neil Peart on drums, and I got frustrated that it was only loading partially, skipping and jumping through, so I checked to see if they had a low-bandwith version (perhaps a smaller screen size). Boy was I surprised.
