1. Humor is surprise related, so it’s always funny to see a TV announcer get blindsided by something they didn’t expect.
2. Turtles are inherently funny.
3. The kid is painted up funny.
4. Why in the heck was the kid thinking about turtles?
5. Does he think he was painted like a turtle?
6. Why do they always send reporters to these crazy events anyway?
